Who we are

TUCO Digital is a Brazilian company founded in 2024. We design and build websites, branding and advertising for tattoo artists and studios, and we work with clients in several countries.

What we deliver

Each project is agreed in writing before it starts, in a proposal that names what is included, the price and the currency. That proposal is part of these terms, and where the two disagree, the proposal wins.

Our websites are hand-built, one by one. We do not resell a template, and a site delivered to one artist is not repeated for another.

What you provide

You provide the photos, texts and any other material you want on the site, and you confirm that you hold the rights to use them. Tattoo photography usually involves at least two people with an interest in the image, the artist and the person tattooed, and settling that is your call, not ours.

We may pause a delivery while waiting for material. When that happens we say so, and the clock on our side stops with it.

Payment

Prices, currency and billing period are the ones in your proposal. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details never reach us.

A monthly plan renews on its own until it is cancelled. If a payment fails we will tell you and try again before anything is interrupted.

Support

Support is part of the monthly fee and continues for as long as the plan is active. Adjustments, corrections and questions about your site are covered by it.

Work that changes the scope of what was agreed, like a new page or a redesign, is quoted separately before it starts.

Who owns what

• Your content stays yours: photos, texts, logo and everything you sent us.
• The site we build for you is yours once it is paid for, and it stays up while your plan is active.
• The code, tooling and internal components we reuse across projects stay ours, and are licensed to you for use on your own site.
• We may show the work in our portfolio. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

Domain and hosting

Your domain is registered in your name whenever possible, and we will hand over control of it whenever you ask. Hosting is included in the plan.

Keeping the domain renewed is what keeps the site and, often, the email of your business alive. We watch the expiry dates of the domains under our care and warn you well before, but the registration is in your name and the final responsibility is yours.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, with no fine. The plan runs to the end of the period already paid.

After cancellation the site comes down from our hosting. Ask before that happens and we hand you the files and the content, so you can take it elsewhere.

We may end an agreement in a case of non-payment or of use forbidden below, and we will say why.

Acceptable use

Do not use what we build for anything illegal, for content that infringes someone else's rights, or to mislead people about who you are.

What we do not promise

We build the product, and we do not promise business outcomes. Nobody honest can guarantee a number of bookings or of followers, because those depend on your work, your prices, your city and the market.

The internet also fails sometimes. We keep the site up with care and monitoring, and we do not promise it will never be off the air.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here removes a right the law gives you as a consumer.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms follow Brazilian law. Disputes belong to the courts of São Paulo state, Brazil, unless the law of your country requires otherwise for a consumer.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. A change that materially affects a running agreement is told to you directly.
